COACHING IMPACT
– Coach Adams’ contributions to basketball cannot be mentioned without the enormous role he has played in shaping the next generation of NBA players and coaches. Coach Adams’ impact extends to David Robinson, Dennis Rodman, Vinny Del Negro, Jerry Stackhouse, Sam Cassell, Ray Allen, Glen Robinson, Toni Kukoc, Gary Payton, Scottie Pippen, Scott Skiles, Ben Wallace, Derek Rose, Jimmy Butler, Rajon Rondo, Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant, Kevin Ollie, James Harden, Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Andre Iguodala, and Klay Thompson.

AREA OF EXPERTISE/OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
– Prior to his work in the NBA, Coach Adams coached at the collegiate level as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Fresno Pacific University in 1969 and was promoted to head coach in 1972.
– Coach Adams also served assistant coaching stints at U.S. International, University of Cal-Santa Barbara, Fresno State University and University of Nevada-Las Vegas. He was head coach at Fresno State during a second tour of duty from 1986-90.
– Coach Adams has also coached professional basketball in Belgium, consulted and coached with the Canadian National basketball program and two Japanese professional basketball clubs, as well as the Belgian Basketball Federation.
– Coach Adams graduated with a degree in History and Political Science from Fresno Pacific University in 1969 and received a master’s degree in Physical Education from Fresno State in 1974.
