In 2023, Amile Jefferson became an Assistant Coach for the Boston Celtics. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and attended and played at Duke University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in history. Coach Jefferson went on to play for the Orlando Magic, NBA G League, and also played professionally overseas in Turkey.
