In 2024, Jodie Meeks became an Assistant Coach for the New Orleans Pelicans. Coach Meeks was born in Nashville, Tennessee and played for and graduated from the University of Kentucky, where he received his bachelor’s degree in business marketing. He was drafted 41^st overall in the 2009 NBA Draft by the Milwaukee Bucks and had a 10-year NBA playing career, with stops in Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Detroit, Orlando, Washington, and Toronto. Coach Meeks and his wife have twin girls.
