LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS ASSISTANT COACH

In 2020, Dahntay Jones became an Assistant Coach for the Los Angeles Clippers. Coach Jones was born in Trenton, New Jersey and played his first two years of college at Rutgers University – in his final two years he played for and graduated from Duke University. Jones was drafted 20th overall in the 2003 NBA Draft by the Boston Celtics and had a 14-year NBA and professional playing career, with stops in Memphis, Sacramento, Denver, Indiana, Dallas, Atlanta, Los Angeles (Clippers), Cleveland, and the NBA G League. Coach Jones and his wife, Valeisha, have one child (Tanner).
