In 2023, Bobby Jackson became an Assistant Coach for the Philadelphia 76ers. Coach Jackson was born in Salisbury, North Carolina and played and graduated from the University of Minnesota. He was drafted 23^rd overall in the 1997 NBA Draft by the Seattle SuperSonics and had a 12-year NBA career with stops in Denver, Minnesota, Sacramento, Memphis, New Orleans/Oklahoma City, and Houston. Coach Jackson and his wife, Doña, have five children (Skyy, Sarah, Kendrick, Sebella, & Breann).
