In 2023, Corey Vinson became an Assistant Coach for the Brooklyn Nets. Coach Vinson was born in Slidell, Louisiana and played for and graduated from the University of New Orleans. Coach Vinson’s father Fred Sr. is a longtime NBA Assistant Coach as well.
