In 2021, Marlon Garnett became an Assistant Coach for the Charlotte Hornets. Coach Garnett was born in Los Angeles, California and played for and graduated from Santa Clara University. He had a 15-year NBA and professional playing career with stops in Boston, as well as overseas in Turkey, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Iran, Puerto Rico and Slovakia. Coach Garnett and his wife, Anais, have two children (Amaia & Sarai).
