Great work by Dave McMenamin of ESPN in covering the amazing journey of Phoenix Suns Head Coach, Monty Williams. From being traded several times as a player, to finding an identity as a Head Coach, as well as reaching the NBA Finals, Coach Williams has learned from every chapter of his basketball career – “after you’ve had some life experiences and listened to people about their evaluations of you…you have no choice but to change and I’ve learned I would rather be effective over right.” Keep up the great work Coach!
