The Shell Drill is a team defense focused drill that helps you on long closeouts, tagging the cutters in the gaps, and jumping on the ball. Nate McMillan breaks the drill down into three parts: Long Closeouts (featured here), Testing the Gaps, and Jumping on the Ball.
