In 2019, Nick Friedman became an Assistant Coach for the Charlotte Hornets. Coach Freidman was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Miami. Before joining the NBA, Coach Friedman was a graduate assistant under Head Coach, Jim Larranaga, for a Hurricanes team that reached the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 in 2015-2016.
