In 2015, Ryan Bowen became an Assistant Coach for the Denver Nuggets. He was born in Fort Madison, Iowa and attended and played at the University of Iowa. Coach Bowen was selected in the second round by the Denver Nuggets in the 1998 NBA Draft and went on to also play for the Houston Rockets, New Orleans Hornets, and Oklahoma City Thunder, and also played professionally overseas in Turkey, Spain, and Israel.
