In 2021, Ryan Richman became an Assistant Coach for the Washington Wizards. Coach Richman was born in West Hartford, Connecticut and graduated from the University of Maryland. He then worked as a graduate assistant at Maryland under Head Coach Mark Turgeon, where he assisted in day-to-day basketball operations.
