In 2023, Stephen Silas became an Assistant Coach for the Detroit Pistons. Coach Silas was born in Boston, Massachusetts and played for and graduated from Brown University. Stephen is the son of the late NBA Coaching lifer, Paul Silas. Coach Silas and his wife, Keryl, have two children (Kyler & Kaelyn).
