In 2018, Vin Baker became an Assistant Coach for the Milwaukee Bucks. He was born in Lake Wales, Florida and attended and played at the University of Hartford. Coach Baker was selected eighth overall by the Milwaukee Bucks in the 1993 NBA Draft and went on to also play for the Seattle SuperSonics, Boston Celtics, New York Knicks, Houston Rockets, and Los Angeles Clippers.
