VITALY POTAPENKO

In 2024, Vitaly Potapenko became an Assistant Coach for the Detroit Pistons. Coach Potapenko was born in Kyiv, Ukraine and played for Wright State University. He was drafted 12th overall in the 1996 NBA Draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers and had an 11-year NBA and professional playing career, with stops in Cleveland, Boston, Seattle, Sacramento, as well as overseas in Ukraine and Spain.
