Over his 9-year coaching career, Coach Blair is appreciative for the opportunity to develop each day – Coach states “I think each Coach that I’ve played under and coached with has had something to contribute to who I am today.” While acting as the Wizards Head Coach on January 17th, Coach Blair earned his first NBA win.
