Frank Vogel is the Head Coach of the Phoenix Suns. On June 6, 2023, Vogel became the 21st Head Coach in Suns History.

Prior to his time in Phoenix, in his first season as Head Coach, Coach Vogel led the Lakers to a 52-19 regular season record and the 1st seed in the Western Conference – Vogel and the Lakers won the franchise’s 17th NBA Championship in the 2019-2020 NBA Season. Coach Vogel was also Head Coach of “Team Lebron” in the 2019-2020 NBA All-Star Game. Before joining the Lakers, Coach Vogel was Head Coach of the Orlando Magic (2016-2018), Head Coach of the Indiana Pacers (2011-2016), Assistant Coach of the Indiana Pacers (2007-2011) Assistant Coach of the Philadelphia 76ers (2004-2005), and Assistant Coach of the Boston Celtics (2001-2004). Coach Vogel held a regular season record of 250-181 and won four NBA Eastern Conference Coach of the Month Awards in Indiana. Coach Vogel also led the Pacers to five NBA Playoff appearances and two consecutive trips to the Eastern Conference Finals (2013 & 2014).

Frank Vogel was born on June 21, 1973, in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey. Vogel attended Wildwood High School and Juniata College in Huntington, Pennsylvania. In his senior year, Vogel transferred to the University of Kentucky where he was a student manager for the Wildcats Men’s Basketball team. Coach Vogel and his wife Jenifer have two children (Alexa & Arianna).
