In 2023, Leandro Barbosa became an Assistant Coach for the Sacramento Kings. Coach Barbosa was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil and was drafted 28^th overall by the San Antonio Spurs in the 2003 NBA Draft. He had a 21-year professional playing career with stops in Phoenix, Toronto, Indiana, Boston, Golden State, as well as overseas in Brazil.  Coach Barbosa and his wife, Talita, have one child (Isabella).
