In 2021, Norman Richardson became an Assistant Coach for the Charlotte Hornets. Coach Richardson was born in Brooklyn, New York and played for and graduated from Hofstra University. He had a nine-year NBA and professional playing career with stops in Indiana, Chicago, as well as overseas in Serbia, Venezuela, France, Argentina, Poland, and Germany. Coach Richardson and his wife, Milani, have one child (Khari).
