TYRONE CORBIN

In 2022, Tyrone Corbin became an Assistant Coach for the Charlotte Hornets. Corbin was born in Columbia, South Carolina and played for and graduated from DePaul University. He was selected 35th overall in the 1985 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs. He had a 16-year NBA playing career with stops in San Antonio, Cleveland, Phoenix, Timberwolves, Utah, Atlanta, Sacramento, Miami, and Toronto. Coach Tyrone and his wife, Dante, have two children (Tyjha & Tyrell).
